I went to Michaels for the first time in years yesterday, I made a 60 mile trip to do it. I have a 50 year old personal Nixon letter I wanted to spend 200 (your price) to have to framed and matted, I am a 65 year old woman who has only been to Missoula 10 times since 2019 so this was a planned day. I went into Michaels and went to the framing department, pushed the service button, and after waiting around 1/2 hour checking in several times I gave up and went to buy some yarn. Picked a 100 dollars worth and went to checkout and leave. I didn't really want to go down town to Maries Artieries but now really no options. I tried to find a checkout but there was no one there and I did not know how to use the self check out. A woman stood there filling balloons and another doing stocking no one helped me I threw my yarn on the counter and started to exit. The balloon lady said do you need something. I said obviously not since there is no service at Michaels, and I won't be back or order on line.... Good bye. sincerely Debra J. Kelsey.

Super rude. Online order wasn’t ready in store even though I had a confirmation stating so. Cashier grabbed my phone out of my hand to check without asking. Manager just flippantly said it was probably cancelled. Wouldn’t look me in the eye and walked away. Won’t be back.

I have had many Diamond paintings framed there. I don't think this young lady knew what she was doing. I tried to tell her how ALL of my paintings were framed. Didn't agree. Wanted to charge me $359.00 I used to be able to get almost 2 done at that price.
